PS: What is the difference between Paradise Island and Orange Bay?

In fact, both recreation areas are located on the same Big Giftun Island, 15 minutes away from each other by yacht.

- The area of the beach and swimming areas is larger on Orange;

- The depth for swimming is greater at Paradise (Orange is shallow, good for children);

- Quieter and fewer people on Paradise;

- In Orange Bay you can rent a sub-board;

- A recreation area for everyone under one roof on Orange, on Paradise separately under umbrellas made of palm branches;

- There are more photo zones on Orange, although they are also present on Paradise;

- The color of the water is more interesting on Orange, but it's also beautiful on Paradise Island;

- Time on Orange is about 1.5-2 hours, on Paradise about 1-1.5 hours (by decision of the guides on the spot);

- Both bays offer the opportunity to purchase drinks on site, averaging $3 to $7 per drink. There is food exactly on Paradise Island;

- And what's also important is that you can't bring your own snacks and drinks to Orange, and they don't check on Paradise C

There is also another recreation area on the island - Makhmeya, but we do not offer this excursion, since it differs in that there different owner. We see no point in sending tourists there, since the territory is similar and the time there is the same as in Orange, and the price of the program is at least 2 or more times higher. Tourists are mainly brought to this island by tour operators.

Take with you:

Towel, swimsuit, sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, power bank for charging your phone. We also recommend taking your own mask and snorkel with you (they are also available on the boat). Warm clothes in the winter, it can be windy.

Do you have a tourist license?
Egypt is a fairly regulated country, especially when it comes to tourism.
In order for a car or yacht to go on an excursion, it is necessary to obtain permission from the police and military every day.
And if the organizers do not have a license to carry out tourism activities, then naturally they will not receive any permits.
That is why for some excursions we may ask you for data or photos of vouchers and passports (this applies to sea excursions in Sharm El-Sheikh, individual excursions and some group excursions, if this requires leaving the city.
For other excursions, permits are issued simply for the number person and passport data are not required).
Are we insured during the excursion?
Some guides in hotels, unfortunately, try to convince tourists that insurance is supposedly not valid for third-party excursion organizers other than his tour company.
It is not true. Firstly, your travel insurance is valid throughout Egypt, as is the case with the tour company.
Secondly, if you are on a ship, bus or other transport, the organizer bears full insurance liability to the passengers.
Otherwise, he simply will not be able to obtain permission to carry out the tour. activities.
Egypt has fairly strict travel regulations and permits are required before every trip.
How to return a forgotten item during/after an excursion?
We always warn you that it is important not to forget anything and to check your belongings when getting off the bus or yacht at the end of the excursion.
If you have lost something, it is quite difficult to return it, since all the transport leaves for cleaning and the complexities of Egyptian logistics. Of course, we help tourists find their things, but we cannot guarantee a 100% return.
If the item was found, the delivery cost will be $5. Please be careful!
Do I need to adjust or wait for the excursion?
We have a fairly large daily incoming flow of program bookings from tourists, so most excursions are organized every day, or by day of the week and a specific schedule presented in the description of each program.
After booking, we send you the exact time when you will be picked up from your hotel.
You will make many trips with small hotel groups that purchased excursions from tour operators, with the only difference that our price is lower from 40% to 60% (our organizers conduct all major excursions in Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh for Russian-speaking tourists).
Where can I find a photographer who took photographs on the excursion?
We would like to inform you that the photographers accompanying the excursions act as independent representatives of their photo studios.
They are not part of our online service or program team.
All conditions related to photography and its payment are discussed and concluded directly between you and the photographer.
We recommend that you approach prepayments carefully and ensure the authenticity of the services, as well as obtain all contact information for the photographer before making payments.
If you are not interested in photographic services, we recommend informing the photographer in advance to avoid any misunderstandings or intrusiveness on his part.
